Refunds & Reprints
We offer a 30-day window for refund or reprint requests.
If you need to request a refund or a reprint, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will happily reprint any items affected by print quality issues or deviations from the approved specifications. Please note that problems caused by low-quality source artwork are not eligible for reprints.
Any refund or reprint request that is not related to print quality will require approval from our management team.
For orders involving DTF Transfers, please ensure all artwork and design requirements are followed carefully before submitting your order.
Before finalising your purchase, double-check all shipping details. You’ll receive an order confirmation email to review and verify that everything is correct.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please follow these steps:
1. Review your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
